Riveroak are proud to announce the completion of a major refurbishment and extension to this prestige property in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The original house, a traditional double fronted 1930s property, was extended by half as much again by adding an entire new 3-storey wing at one end, incorporating a basement leisure complex with cinema and gym, luxury kitchen and dining area, further reception rooms and extra bedrooms upstairs. Great care was required to imitate the original building’s style successfully. At the other end of the property a connecting hallway was joined to an adjacent two storey cottage to create a staff annex with easy access to the main house.

Outside, refurbishments to the swimming pool and surrounds were carried out with the addition of a detached sauna. New garaging for three cars was built in the grounds, which were then landscaped throughout.
